Less than a mile west of City Line, the first Pennsylvania Railroad (PRR) train station in Lower Merion is Merion Station. Made of brick and stucco, the surviving complex at Merion is one of the most complete examples of a typical early 20th century suburban PRR station in the region. Lower Merion Historical Society
