SchoolDigger.com ranks  Lower Merion School District 7th in Pennsylvania. 

Souderton Charter School at  #1 and Unionville-Chaddsford at #6 are the only school districts in Southeast Pennsylvania that they rank higher than Lower Merion

U.S. News

U.S. News and World Report ranks Lower Merion High School 10th in Pennsylvania and Harriton 13th. 

The high schools in Southeast Pennsylvania that they rank higher than Lower Merion are: #1 Julia Masterman, #2 Downingtown STEM Academy, #3 Central, #4 Radnor, #5 Conestoga, #6 Unionville.

 

PublicSchoolReview.com ranked both Harriton and Lower Merion between 69th and 74th among Pennsylvania high schools. 

The Southeast PA high schools that they ranked higher than Harriton and Lower Merion were: Central, Masterman, Downingtown STEM, Downingtown High School, Haverford High School, Strath Haven, Wissahickon, Unionville, Spring-ford, Lower Moreland, New Hope Solebury, Conestoga, West Chester Bayard Rustin, Central Bucks East, Radnor, Springfield Delco and Philadelphia School of Engineering and Science.

Niche ranked Lower Merion as the 4th best School District in Pennsylvania.

Radnor and Tredyffrin-Easttown were the only area school districts that ranked higher than Lower Merion. 

GreatSchools.com gave Harriton and Lower Merion each a rating of 8 out of a possible 10 (above average). Southeast area high schools that were awarded a rating of 10 were: Unionville, Central Bucks, New Hope Solebury and West Chester Bayard Rustin. 

Great Valley, Wissahickon, Lower Moreland, Marple Newtown, Downington STEM, Penncrest, Spring-ford, Council Rock South, Central Bucks South, Council Rock North and Garnet Valley all received a rating of 9.
