The Lower Merion High School Boys’ Varsity Basketball team will play their first home game of the 2022-23 season tonight against Conestoga. The Aces bring a 5-1 record to their home opener. Their only loss was a Central League game versus Haverford High School (48-46) earlier this month.
Conestoga’s record is 5-2. The Pioneers a lost to Haverford, as well. They also lost to Garnet Valley, a team Lower Merion beat on Friday (Decmeber 16), 68-58.
Haverford, it should be noted, lost a game to Upper Darby, another team that Lower Merion beat. That leaves Radnor at 2-0 as the only undefeated team in the Central League.
