Sanitizers, Toilet Paper In Short Supply At Lower Merion And Narberth Stores

Anxieties about the Corona Virus are causing stores in Lower Merion and Narberth to run out of certain products, just like everywhere else.

This afternoon, Giant Supermarket in Wynnewood; had no hand sanitizers, no surface wipes and almost no toilet paper.

Acme in Penn Valley was in a little better shape. They had plenty of toilet paper (at 2:00 PM this afternoon), and they had some hand sanitizers (not Purell), but no surface wipes. 

And the American Family Market (The AF) in Narberth had toilet paper, but no hand sanitizers or surface wipes. Joe, at the American Family Store, said  “when I went to  to the warehouse last Sunday, I didn’t buy any sanitzers or wipes, because we had plenty on the  shelves. And by Wednesday we were out.”
