The Borough will receive the inspection report next week.  The bridge will remain open to pedestrians during a majority of the construction process. Coleen Kennedy tweeted on Tuesday (September 14), that she and her co-defendant, Gwen Snyder, had reached an agreement with former State Senator, Daylin Leach.
