D.A., Lower Merion Police Chief – Issue Statement On Wynnewood Murder

Montgomery County D.A. Kevin Steele and Lower Merion Police Chief, Michael J. McGrath, released a statement earlier today about the homicide that occurred last night on Surrey Lane, near Haverford Road (close to the JCC).

Steele and McGrath had very little to say about what happened, other than that the deceased was male, and that he died of “apparant gunshot wounds.”

The press release also indicated that the D.A.’s office was seeking anonymous tips from anyone who might be able to share information about the shooting.
