Our cameraman was driving through Gladwyne over the weekend, when he came upon a bunch of kids in front of the firehouse who were having way too much fun. Figuring that the little kids spraying the lawn with the big hose would make for some good footage, he parked the car and went over to check out the scene. Our cameraman was thinking that this was just some cool impromptu thing that somebody decided to do on a sunny afternoon.
But it turns out that it wasn’t an impromptu thing, it was a scheduled thing, a birthday party – and that the Gladwyne Fire Company is host to lots of these affairs.
