Senator Mike Regan, a Republican who represents mostly places that you’ve never heard of in Cumberland and York Counties, is circulating a memo asking for his fellow senators to co-sponsor a bill with him that would “legalize adult-use marijuana for those 21 years of age and older”
AKA Recreational Marijuana.

Before his election to the state senate, for which he now serves as Chairman of the Law & Justice Committee, Regan worked as a member of the U.S. Marshals Service.
John Fetterman, the current Lt. Governor who is running for U.S. Senate, unabashedly supports recreational marijuana. He Tweeted about Regan’s memo “This is significant.”
