Here We Go Again. After Commonwealth Court Rejected LMSD’s Appeal On Wolk Decision, District Is Bringing The Case To Supreme Court.

Last month, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court rejected Lower Merion School District’s argument, that the Court of Common Pleas lacked standing to even hear Arthur Wolk’s lawsuit against the district.

On Wednesday (April 1) LMSD filed a petition with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, asking them to reverse the Commonwealth Court’s decision.
