Las Vegas Raiders’ defensivie lineman, Carl Nassib, from his home in West Chester, PA, “came out” with an announcement posted on Instagram.
Nassib said, “I just want to take a quick moment to say that I’m gay. I’ve been meaning to do this for a while now but I finally feel comfortable enough to get it off my chest.”
Malvern Prep Spokesperson –
Today more than ever, we support Carl and stand with him.
Carl Nassib went to Malvern Prep, an independent Catholic school outside Philly.

I contacted the school after Nassib became the first active NFL player to come out as gay.
Got this response from a spokesperson:

Even though Nassib was relegated to coming off the bench for Malvern’s football team, the future NCAA sacks leader did manage to win a job as the starting center on the baskeball team.
