Montco GOP Files Complaint Claiming Election Board Is Illegally Inspecting Ballots

Montgomery County GOP (MCRC) Chair, Liz Havey has sent a letter Kathy Boockvar in which Havey is objecting to Montgomery County’s (and other “majority-Democrat” counties) practice  of inspecting for ballot defects, and notifying voters of those defects. Havey notes that Republican controlled counties are following the law, by not inspecting ballots before  Election Day. Boockvar is the Pennsylvania Secretary of State. Her department oversees voting in Pennsylvania.
