(No) Crowds Flock To Dropbox At Ludington

One of the controversial dropboxes became available for the use of Montgomery County voters this morning. Located in the parking lot of the Ludington Library in Bryn Mawr, it was staffed by a county security guard, and had a surveillance camera in place.

In Oregon which has had vote by mail for years, One can deposit ballots in any library return slot or other drop boxes set up here and there. And they are mostly positioned so you don’t even have to get out of your car!
