In what the Washington Post is describing as the first partisan election case for the court to consider since the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Pennsylvania Republicans are asking the U.S. Supreme Court to review last week’s ruling by the Pennsylvania Supreme that extended the deadline for counting mail-in ballots.
