Lower Merion School District President, Melissa Gilbert; and Ward 14 Commissioner, Rick Churchill (Penn Wynne); have been having a disagreement about expansion plans at Penn Wynne Elementary School. The two officials’ disagreement has spilled out recently in publicly shared letters.
