Planning Commission To Hear Proposal For 6-Story Rock Hill Road Apartment Project
Ward 3 Commissioner Mike McKeon in his latest newsletter is reporting:
On Dec. 7, 2020, the Lower Merion Planning Commission will review a Tentative Sketch Land Development Plan for 21 & 25 Rock Hill Road … The plan shows the construction of a six-story mixed-use apartment
building with a 20,571 sq. ft. footprint. The building will contain 5,025 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space, 57 upper story residential units, and 87 parking spaces …
The Planning Commission will submit a recommendation about the
project at the conclusion of the meeting. The developer will then present the project for approval at meetings of the Commissioners in several stages. The first such meeting will occur on Dec. 9,
2020, when the developer will present the tentative sketch to the
Commissioners during a Building & Planning Committee meeting.
The public can comment at this meeting as well.
