Turn PA Blue, or Turn People OFF?

According to their website, the mission of Turn PA Blue is “to engage and mobilize hundreds and even thousands of newly energized volunteers across district lines to provide the support necessary to help Democratic candidates win elections and flip seats [???????] where our efforts can make the most impact.”

On that same website, they list the Democratic candidates who they are supporting in 18 Southeast Pennsylvania House districts. Every single one of those districts is currently represented by a Republican.

And then standing alone is the 17th State Senatorial District. SD-17 has been, and will continue to be overwhelmingly Blue – in spite of, not because  of Turn Pa Blue’s decision to take sides in a contested Democratic Primary.
