In March, Fair Districts PA called for videomakers to submit their entries in what they called the Gerry-Explainer Contest.
The winner was , Bob Millman. He used 50 dimes and 50 pennies to illustrate how districts could be divided fairly or corruptly.
If The Dimes draw the map, you could wind up with eight Dimes Districts and two Pennies Districts.
If The Pennies draw the map, you could get eight Pennies Districts and Two Dimes Districts.
And if the map is drawn fairly, you wind up with five Pennies Disricts and five Dimes Districts.

Malcom Washington took Second Place with a video that showed how a “60-40 Blue State” could be divided fairly, with three Blue Districts and two Red Disticts
Or, as his video showed, the same state could be gerrymandered to have all five Blue Districts.
