Watch Jose Garces Shop At Ardmore Market and Wynnewood Fish Store

Chef Garces lives in Manayunk, and starts his day with coffee at Volo on Main Street. Then he goes for a walk in Valley Green Park.

But when it’s time to go food shopping he comes to our side of the river. At the Ardmore Farmers’ Market he plugs the Mediterranean fare at Tabouli, veggies at Ardmore Produce, meat and poultry from Stoltzfus Farm and DiBruno Brothers, where he tells Dan that he “wants to try your favorite triple cream – buttery, brie style.”

And for his last stop he shows “where an Iron Chef buys fish – Philadelphia Lobster and Fish (in Wynnewood). Their seafood is just fantastic.”
