Wolf Endorses Amanda Cappelletti. Daylin Leach Responds.

Today, In the 17th District Race for the Pennsylvania State Senate, Governor Tom Wolf endorsed East Norriton Supervisor, Amanda Cappelletti.

Wolf has been calling on Leach to resign from his seat since December 18, 2017 – the day after the Inquirer reported that several of Leach’s former staff members had accused him of “inappropriate touching.” In September of 2019, Leach sued the Inquirer for defamation.

Leach’s Response

I am focused on dealing with the increasingly concerning Coronavirus situation. This is a public health crisis. I think it’s breathtakingly inappropriate to be playing politics right now.
