Rep. Daley And Commissioner Lawrence To Talk Voting During Facebook Town Hall on Monday

From Representative Mary Jo Daley’s (D, Montgomery) website:

State Rep. Mary Jo Daley, D-Montgomery, will host a virtual town hall on voting with Montgomery County Commissioner Ken Lawrence.

The event will run from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 14, and will be available live via Daley’s Facebook page at www.facebook.com/RepMJDaley.

“With one of the most important elections of our lifetime less than two months away, and because so much information and misinformation is being shared about the mail-in voting process, I wanted to connect with residents to provide guidance and answer questions,” Daley said.

She said that Lawrence will share information crucial to voting in the Nov. 3 general election, including what voters need to know now about various deadlines, processes, procedures and recommendations.

f you’re looking for a break from screens, alerts, and endless scrolling, the Philly Pen Show might be the cure—at least temporarily. It’s an unapologetically analog event: pens, paper, ink, and the people who still care deeply about them. Whether you’re a serious collector, someone who misses the feel of writing by hand, or just […]
