According to the fivethirtyeight.com polling averages, Joe Biden is running ahead of Hillary Clinton’s showing in 47 states.
If the polling is to believed, on average, Biden has improved on Clinton’s performance in Red States by 9.5%, and by 6.3% in Blue States.
