Planning Commission To Consider Allowing PVC And Vinyl Fencing

Fencing standards under the new zoning code, which was adopted in February of 2020, are much more stringent than what was in the code previously. Building and Planning staff is expected  propose some amendments to that part of the code, but before they do that, staff is hoping to get recommendations from the Planning Commission at the meeting scheduled for Monday night (December 7).
