On Wednesday night (July 21), by a vote of 5-2, Narberth Borough Council passed a controversial ordinance that creates a “historic district” for most of the borough.
Among the two-dozen residents who participated in “Public Comment,” about half supported passage of the ordinance and half were opposed to it.
