Community Meeting Scheduled To Discuss Huge City Ave. Development

The planning staff of the Lower Merion Township Building and Planning Department, sent an email yesterday to “Interested Parties,” announcing that they are hosting a virtual community meeting on Monday, October 25, 2021, to discuss the redevelopment proposal for the Bala Plaza properties located at 231 & 251 St Asaph’s Road (1 & 3 Bala Plaza) and 333 E City Avenue (2 Bala Plaza).
