The Inquirer published a summary of all the candidates running for Senate next year in Pennsylvania, including the two Republicans and the one Democrat who announced their candidacies and have since dropped out. Sean Gale is nowhere to be found among the current candidates. He is also not listed among the drop-outs.

Undissuaded by the Inquirer’s failure to recognize the existence of his campaign, Sean Gale, whose brother Joe Gale is running for Governor, has been posting regularly to the the Sean Gale for Senate Facebook Page, since he lauched it in June.
