Contrary to what you might have been told, or at least contrary to what I have been told, these two houses next door to each other on Hazelhurst Avenue in Merion were probably not designed by the Philadelphia Architect Frank Furness.
A search of Philadelphiabuildings.org (an excellent rabbit hole) reveals only two properties on or near Hazelhurst Avenue in Merion. They are the Merion Tribute House on Hazelhurst Avenue and the Charles Sessler House on Woodley Road near Hazelhurst.
But then there’s this.
