No Township Pools For Narbs – Should Have Passed That Referendum In 1955

Many Narberth residents have been disappointed to learn that because of the COVID-19 Pandemic, Lower Merion Pool membership will be restricted to Lower Merion Township residents.

Township Commissioner Mike McKeon posted on Facebook yesterday that the pools would open “around” July 1, subject to social distancing guidelines.

The news is especially troubling for borough residents with young children who will not be able to attend day camps this summer, as they normally would.
