Despite losing to Conestoga in the finals of the PIAA District 1 6A Soccer Tournamament, the Lower Merion Soccer team was still one of only 16 to qualify for the PIAA State Championship Torunament. And on Tuesday, the Aces proved that they belonged in the tournament as they advanced to the “Elite Eight” by defeating Parkland High School, 2-0, in a game played at Harriton.
Lower Merion will face Seneca Valley at Eagle View Middle School at 4:00 on Saturday (November 13)
