PA Supreme Court Denies LMSD Appeal On Arthur Wolk Case
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court refused without explananation today, to hear an appeal by Lower Merion School District of a ruling by Commonwealth Court on March 2, 2020. The Commonwealth Court had ruled that the trial court had jurisdiction to rule in August of 2016 in a case that Lower Merion Attorney Arthur Wolk brought against the district earlier that year.
