Bruce Kauffman, PA Supreme Court Justice And U.S. District Judge, 86
Lower Merion resident, Bruce Kauffman, died on November 29, at the age of 86. In 1998 he was appointed as a Federal District Court Judge, on the recommendation of Arlen Specter, who at that time was still a Republican.
