As of May 3, State is reporting 741,500 requests for mail ballots The Pennsylvania Department of State reported on Monday (May 3) that 43,602 voters had applied for "Absentee Ballots" for the May 18 Primary, and 698,280 had applied for "No Excuse Mail Ballots."
